Returns, Exchanges & FAQs

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery. A reverse shipping fee of INR 150 applies.

STEP 1: Send us an email within 5 days of delivery at support@athraah.com Requests received after 5 days cannot be accepted for a return or exchange. A reverse shipping fee of INR 150 applies to every return or exchange.

STEP 2: The team will revert with an email confirming the return / exchange along with a return label.

STEP 3: Pack the unused garment in its original packaging box with all the original tags. A pick-up agent will collect the package within 5 business days of your return being approved. Please note if we receive the items in any other packaging, we will not be able to accept the return and the package will be sent back.

We make three pickup attempts on 3 consecutive business days. Once the product is received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund is initiated within 5 business days to the original source of payment. If the pickup fails on all 3 attempts we are unable to process a refund. For further support, write to us at support@athraah.com

Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will replace it or refund the cost as long as it is reported within 5 days of delivery. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. If you have received a faulty item please email us at support@athraah.com with ‘Request for Return/Exchange’ follow by your Order Number in the subject line. In the email mention the reason for the claim along with images of the damage. We will replace the item if stock is available or refund you upon return.

For Returned Item(s): Once the returned item(s) is received and inspected at our warehouse, we initiate the refund within next 5 business days, towards the original source of payment for prepaid orders.
