What's your return policy?
Returns/exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery. Shipping and return fees apply.

How do I return an item?
Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging. Initiate your return from your order page. Select items and schedule your pickup. We provide only one pickup attempt (not guaranteed).

Pickup failed. What next?
If the pickup fails, you'll need to send the package back yourself.

For Orders cancelled before getting shipped
If you cancelled the order from our website before it getting shipped, the refund is initiated right away and it may take up to 3 to 5 business days for it to reflect in the original source of Payment.

Payment for return items
For Returned Item(s): Once the returned item(s) is received and inspected at our warehouse, we initiate the refund within next 2-3 business days, towards the original source of payment for prepaid orders.
